Human Value, Human Rights proposes an alternative to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion mindsets by employing a semi-quantitative method for analysis of non-discriminatory measures instituted in the public sector. Specifically, it is proposed that Human Value is the causative agent for establishment of Human Rights, that Rights are not self-evident or inalienable apart from recognition of Human Value, and Value is exclusively based in the theistic frame.
